These are built into the software, and it gamifies the job for field sales personnel, encouraging them to go out there and make as many sales as possible. It works, too!   • Features Teams Actually Need: The big issue with trying to use different software platforms for various aspects of managing a sales business is that most platforms aren’t built around this specific type of job.   • Slightly Overpowering Interface: Other users don’t like how cluttered the interface is at times, though this is purely a personal preference type of thing. We didn’t have much of an issue with this as we’re used to using extremely cluttered software, but we understand how some people might think there’s too much information on the page at once. 
  • Team Chat Is A Bit Iffy: RepCard’s built-in team chat probably isn’t the best you’ll ever use. It can be slow at times, meaning some people prefer to use other messaging services. If they could speed this up in the future, then it could make the team chat feature way more usable. 

The Verdict: RepCard Changes The Game

Despite the minor drawbacks, it’s obvious that RepCard is an absolute game-changer for field and door-to-door sales teams. There aren’t many software platforms that combine four core services like this into one – let alone platforms that are specifically designed for sales.
