  • What is Interchange?

    Interchange is the true cost of processing a credit card transaction. The rates vary from card to card and are set by the card-issuing banks. Contact our Payline Support Team at [email protected] if you need help understanding your pricing.

  • What is PCI?

    The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of requirements designed to ensure that ALL companies that process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.

  • How do I avoid PCI non-compliance fees?

    After your account is approved you have a 90 day grace period to complete the 10-15 minute survey. If you see a PCI Non-Compliance fee on your bill, that most likely means you have not completed or submitted your PCI Compliance Validation Certificate to the underwriting bank.  If are on the CardPointe dashboard you only need to complete the survey. You won’t need to provide a separate validation. If you still having issues becoming PCI compliant, please call our Support Team at 800-617-9342.

  • How do I view my statements?

    Once your Payline account is approved, you will receive a Welcome email with details of how to access your statements online. If you still need assistance, please contact our Support Team at [email protected]

  • How do I understand my monthly statement?

    Click here to schedule a statement review session with one of our account managers.

  • How soon will I see deposits in my bank account?

    Transactions that are settled by 8:30 EST will appear in your bank account the next business day. If your settled transactions are not appearing in your bank account two business days later, please contact our Support Team at [email protected]

  • When will I be charged my monthly fees?

    Statements and charges for processing fees will be debited between the 5th and 7th of every month. Gateway maintenance fees may occur on the 1st or the 15th depending on your account setup.

  • How do I update my bank account?

    Updating your bank account can take 3-5 business days. Please contact our Payline Support Team at [email protected] for a form that must be completed by the account owner. Please also be prepared to submit a voided check and a signed letter from your bank.

  • How do I integrate my gateway with my website?

    If your gateway was setup through Payline, the Payline Support Team can assist you. Please call our Support Team at 800-617-9342 to connect with a Gateway Integration Specialist.
