A portfolio deserves a partnership.
01 / PROTECT

Protect the book you build.

Your merchant relationships represent years of work. The residual income they create deserves a long-term conversation.

BUILT AROUND YOUR PORTFOLIO

We structure our agent relationships around protecting the residual income you build, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement.

Review continuation, production and inactivity provisions, termination, ownership changes, breach, attrition, fraud and adjustments. “Keep your book” describes our partnership philosophy; your agreement governs rights and payments.

  • Merchant onboarding + document collection
  • Business + owner verification options
  • Application organization + deal tracking
  • Underwriting preparation + placement support

Features and verification access depend on your program and configuration. Additional provider forms, information or portal access may be required.

Good questions

Know where you stand.

Both agents and ISOs sell merchant services and help businesses establish payment processing accounts. A registered ISO operates through a sponsoring bank and applicable card-network registration. That typically brings registration costs, compliance requirements and additional operational responsibility, alongside potential control over branding and the merchant experience.

Becoming an ISO is not automatically better. Many successful payments businesses operate as agents, building recurring portfolios with an ISO partner while focusing on merchants and relationships instead of registration overhead.

Payline supports both models. Choose the structure that fits the business you want to build.

Yes. One platform. More places to put a deal. Payline works across multiple processing and acquiring relationships, from straightforward low-risk businesses to more complex and higher-risk merchant profiles.

Instead of maintaining a separate relationship for every merchant type, bring the opportunity to Payline. Our technology organizes the information; our team helps prepare the submission and assess the strongest eligible placement path.

Provider availability, merchant eligibility and underwriting determine the options. Approval is never guaranteed.

Use Payline’s onboarding and partner workspace at dashboard.paylinedata.com, powered by Under technology. Digital applications bring merchant details, ownership information and documents together instead of relying on paper forms and disconnected email threads.

Supported programs can provide branded application links and access for agents, referral partners and ISVs. Confirm permissions, verification services and customization during setup.

Start the merchant once. Let Payline help determine the appropriate placement path. The platform helps organize and validate information for underwriting preparation and placement review; additional provider forms or information may still be required.

Yes—complex and higher-risk merchants are an important part of Payline’s work. A clean merchant can be straightforward to submit. Experience matters when the business model, processing history, chargebacks, ownership or industry needs a closer look.

Technology gets the deal organized. Experience gets the deal positioned. Our platform helps collect information and supporting evidence; our team prepares the submission, anticipates underwriting questions and evaluates provider fit.

No payments company can guarantee approval. Complete documentation and a thoughtful placement strategy help give the applicable provider a clear basis for review.

Agent residuals are calculated and paid monthly according to the applicable Payline agent or referral agreement. But our philosophy is bigger than the monthly calculation: you built the book, and the income it creates deserves a long-term commitment.

Production minimums, inactivity provisions, ownership changes and termination terms can affect recurring income. Those details deserve attention before you sign—not after years of building a portfolio.

Payline is built around protecting the residual portfolio our agents create. We want to help protect that income and earn a lasting relationship. Build Your Book. Keep Your Book.

Specific residual rights, payment conditions, adjustments and exceptions remain governed by your agreement. This philosophy is not an unconditional lifetime-payment guarantee.

Agents are a core part of Payline’s business. You get more than a place to submit accounts: our team helps with placement, underwriting preparation, documentation, application questions, processor coordination and ongoing account support.

When a deal is difficult, we help work through it. When information is missing, we help identify what is needed. When the obvious provider is not a fit, we help evaluate alternatives.

The partner workspace supports onboarding and deal flow. As you grow, discuss the agent, ISV, referral-partner and branded onboarding options available under your program.

You focus on relationships and finding merchants. We help get them onboarded, reviewed for placement and supported.
